Perfect Baked Potato

This one for my kids:
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 1 hour
Total Time: 1 hour 5 minutes
Servings: 4
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 medium-large russet potatoes
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F
- Wash and dry the potatoes
- Use a fork to stab each potato a few times then place them in a bowl
- Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and rub it in with your hands
- Sprikle sea salt all over the potatoes and rub that in as well
- Bake the potatoes for 1 hour. Internal temp should be around 210.
- Serve hot!
NOTES:
- Serve with sour cream, bacon bits, green onions, cheese or chili.
- Cut the potato in half, carve out the inside, fill the skin with butter and let it sit to melt while you eat the rest of the potatoes.
