Rub Ingredients *using Meathead’s Memphis Dust recipe:
This makes about 3 cups of rub, don’t use it all!
– 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
– 3/4 cup white sugar
– 1/2 cup Paprika (non-smoked)
– 1/4 cup Garlic powder
– 2 TBS ground Black pepper
– 2 TBS ground Ginger powder
– 2 TBS Onion Powder
– 2 tsp Rosemary Powder
Directions:
– It’s a dry rub, Mix it all together and store it in a cool area.
