Blistered Sugar Snap Peas

Fresh and buttery at the same time

Servings: 4+

Ingredients

– Sugar Snap Pea’s, as much as you want.
– Cherry Tomatoes, again, as much as you want
– 1/2 – 1 Yellow Onion, sliced
– 1-2 TBS Butter
– 1 TBS lemon juice
– 1 TBS cooking oil
– Salt/Pepper for taste


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat a pan with the cooking oil first.
  2. Add butter to the cooking oil, get it all melted.
  3. Drop in your Sugar Snap Peas. Get the peas completely coated in the butter/oil and stir occasionally. about 3 minutes.
  4. Add your sliced onions. Cook until your peas start turning dark or start to blister.
  5. Drop in the cherry tomatoes to heat fully through, shouldn’t take more than 2 minutes.
  6. Add salt/pepper at will.
  7. Remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish and add lemon juice, mix it all up again and serve.
