Blistered Sugar Snap Peas

Ingredients
– Sugar Snap Pea’s, as much as you want.
– Cherry Tomatoes, again, as much as you want
– 1/2 – 1 Yellow Onion, sliced
– 1-2 TBS Butter
– 1 TBS lemon juice
– 1 TBS cooking oil
– Salt/Pepper for taste
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat a pan with the cooking oil first.
- Add butter to the cooking oil, get it all melted.
- Drop in your Sugar Snap Peas. Get the peas completely coated in the butter/oil and stir occasionally. about 3 minutes.
- Add your sliced onions. Cook until your peas start turning dark or start to blister.
- Drop in the cherry tomatoes to heat fully through, shouldn’t take more than 2 minutes.
- Add salt/pepper at will.
- Remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish and add lemon juice, mix it all up again and serve.
