INGREDIENTS:

Pasta:

  • 1 box Kraft Mac-n-cheese Original

Cheese Sauce:

  • 1/4c Salted Butter
  • 1/4c Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 TBS Sour Cream
  • 3/4c Shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
  • Dash Black Pepper
  • Dash Salt
  • Dash Garlic Powder

DIRECTIONS:

  • Boil your macaroni until about 1 min shy of preferred doneness.
  • Near the end of your boil start the cheese sauce
  • Melt Butter, add heavy whipping cream and sour cream, mix until combined
  • When sauce starts to simmer add Shredded Cheddar Cheese, mix until melted.
  • Add Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder to taste and remove from heat.
  • Drain macaroni and add to the cheese sauce
  • Mix well and serve.

NOTES:

  • You can use pre-shredded cheeses as long as you melt it smoothly.
