Easy Roasted Asparagus

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 4 to 5 tbsp. olive oil
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- After you wash the asparagus thoroughly, stack a bunch together and lop off the tough/thick bottom an inch or so.
- Dry off the asparagus and add to a large bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus and mix with your hand to thouroughly coat them.
- Add salt and pepper and continue to coat until you feel enough seasoning has been added.
- Roast the asparagus for about 10 minutes.
NOTES:
- If your asparagus comes out mushy, you’ve cooked it too long, add a note and adjust for nexttime.
