INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 4 to 5 tbsp. olive oil
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • After you wash the asparagus thoroughly, stack a bunch together and lop off the tough/thick bottom an inch or so.
  • Dry off the asparagus and add to a large bowl.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus and mix with your hand to thouroughly coat them.
  • Add salt and pepper and continue to coat until you feel enough seasoning has been added.
  • Roast the asparagus for about 10 minutes.

NOTES:

  • If your asparagus comes out mushy, you’ve cooked it too long, add a note and adjust for nexttime.
