DRIPPING with juice! My kids love this easy chicken recipe.I find that 12 drumsticks fit perfectly on a pan.

Preptime: 5 minutes
Marinade time: 2 hours
Cook Time: 30 minutes

I like to make 2 batches at once so I double the recipe below but make them separately.
This way they both turn out evenly since I marinate the chicken 6 pieces at a time in a gallon ziploc bag.

Ingredients:
1/3 Cup – Olive Oil
2.5 – TBS Lemon Juice
2 tsp – Garlic Powder
2 tsp – Onion Powder
2 tsp – Salt
1 tsp – Black Pepper
2 tsp – Paprika
1/4 Cup – Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup – Soy Sauce (low sodium for me)
6-7 drumsticks

Directions:
1. Dump all the ingredients EXCEPT the chicken in a bowl, whisk it up nicely

2. Put 6-7 Drumsticks in a 1 Gallon Ziploc bag

3. Pour the marinade over the chicken, seal the bag and remove excess air, gently massage the marinade to cover the chicken.

4. Put it in the fridge for a minimum 20 minutes. 2-8 hours is preferable for me, flip it about every 2 hours to marinade evenly. I don’t recommend marinating overnight; the marinade will become thick and chunky, which you don’t want.

5. cover the bottom of your baking sheet with butter or non-stick foil. Cooking Spray and oil will still make the chicken stick to the pan.

6. Cook the chicken in the oven at 425 for 30 minutes, then pull it out and flip the chicken. Put it back in for another 10-15 minutes or until the color is where you want it.
