Sous Vide Corn On The Cob

This turned out crisp and delicious.

Sous vide:
30 mins @ 182f



Ingredients:
• 4 – Ears of Corn (shucked)
• Butter – just enough to spread over all ears of corn
• Salt – sprinkled salt over all the buttered corn.

Directions:
– Spread butter on the corn
– Salt the corn
– Stick the corn in a bag
– Sous Vide away.

Method:
Sous Vide Temp: 182°f
Time: 30 minutes
